Cancellation and Refund Policy for Vitalime E-Commerce Website

Thank you for your trust in Vitalime, our cause, and our products. We understand that there will be times when you may need to return a product, cancel it, or request a refund, hence we advise you to read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully.

Be notified that Vitalime reserves the right to alter, modify, or update the Cancellation and Refund Policy without prior notice. All changes will be effective immediately unless stated otherwise.

Vitalime accepts “returns for products” within 30 days of receiving the shipment to you if the products are qualified for return.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel an order after order confirmation, but canceling an order is only possible for you if the product has not been shipped out already.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Refund Policy:

We provide refunds for products that are damaged, defective, or not as described. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Returns and refunds will not be applicable if the product has not been returned within 30 days.

We may require you to return the product to us for inspection before we can issue a refund. Once we have received and inspected the product, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused or undamaged, include original tags (if applicable), and have the receipt or proof of purchase.

After we receive your product, our team will inspect it and process your refund, which will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it for any other reason, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging and resalable condition. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we have received and inspected the product, we will issue a refund within 7 business days. In the event of successful cancellation or return, the refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.

There are few exceptions to our Cancel and Refund Policy, the non-returnable and non-refundable exceptions include:

  • Perishable items like food and drinks
  • Personal care products like makeup, skincare, and intimate clothing
  • Tailored or personalized items
